- In cases where there is no opinion from MOLISA and the employee or the employer requests to adjust the titles, heavy, hazardous, dangerous work and especially heavy, hazardous, dangerous work, the Provincial Social Insurance Agency shall guide the employer to prepare the application according to the guidance in Official Dispatch 1972/LDTBXH-ATLD.
