Hanoi: The Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam will issue the standards of law training programs

In implementing Program 1056, the Ministry of Education and Training will undertake the following tasks:

- Develop, issue, and implement guidelines for the standards of law training programs.

- Review and refine regulations on the opening and suspension of training programs.

- Review regulations on determining enrollment quotas.

- Develop, issue, and implement guidelines for standards of higher education institutions.

- Review and refine regulations on enrollment and training for part-time and distance learning programs.

- Review and refine regulations on quality assessment of training programs and urge training institutions offering law bachelor's programs to implement quality assessment.

- Review and refine regulations on administrative penalties in the education sector.

- Complete the database on law bachelor's training within the Higher Education Management Information System.

- Connect the national database on higher education with the national insurance system to analyze employment situations and evaluate the output quality of law graduates.

- Organize a preliminary review conference on the implementation of Program 1056.

- Organize inspection teams to assess the implementation of the program at law training institutions; monitor, expedite, and compile reports on the execution of tasks by Ministries, sectors, People's Committees of provinces/cities directly under the central government, and law training institutions.

- Organize inspection teams at law training institutions.

- Organize a final review conference on the implementation of Program 1056.

- Communicate about Program 1056.
