Inter-sectoral Guidance 882/HDLN-BHXH-LDTBXH-TC on the suspension of contributions to the retirement and survivorship fund for enterprises facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic, issued on March 24, 2020.
The enterprise is unable to provide work to employees, in which the number of employees participating in social insurance must temporarily take leave from 50% of the total number of employees present before the suspension of production and business activities. A written request should be made with a list of employees at the time before the suspension of production and business activities and at the time of the request, along with a list of employees participating in social insurance who must temporarily take leave, and sent to the following agencies:
- The district, district-level town Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for enterprises directly managed by district, district-level town social insurance agencies;- The Hanoi City Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for state-owned enterprises, enterprises with state capital making up 50% or more of the charter capital under the management of the Hanoi City People's Committee, and enterprises directly managed by the city social insurance agency;- Central ministries and sectors for enterprises under the management of central ministries and sectors.
Within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the enterprise's request, the mentioned agencies must issue a written response to the enterprise.
