The two parties sign an agreement: The transferor allows the transferee to facilitate maintenance, repair, and management of the electrical works.

- In cases where the electrical works are located outside the premises of office buildings, operational bases, the scope of infrastructure assets, or are within the premises but can be separated:

Hand over the land area along with the associated electrical works;
The two parties coordinate with the relevant authorities to carry out land lease procedures.

Decision 41/2017/QD-TTg took effect from November 01, 2017.
