- The TTHC to be announced include: Procedures stipulated in the Law, Ordinance, Decree, Decision of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam drafted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Circulars of the Minister of Industry and Trade;- The announcement of TTHC is conducted through the Decision to announce TTHC by the Minister of Industry and Trade;- The process and timeframe for developing and issuing the Decision to announce TTHC by the Minister of Industry and Trade are implemented according to Article 9 of Circular 02/2017/TT-VPCP;- The Ministry's Office is responsible for publicly announcing the Decision to announce TTHC by the Minister of Industry and Trade on the website http://kstthc.moit.gov.vn of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and sending it to relevant agencies and units.

The content and method of professional inspection of TTHC must be performed according to Circular 02/2017/TT-VPCP.

Circular 18/2018/TT-BCT takes effect from September 3, 2018, replacing Circular 11/2014/TT-BCT.
