The Ministry of National Defense promulgates Circular 187/2017/TT-BQP guiding Decree 76/2016/ND-CP on the standards of logistical supplies for active-duty military personnel, national defense workers, and public defense employees.

Notably, the regulations on infertility and infertility treatment for soldiers working in hazardous military work environments include:

officers, professional soldiers, workers, public defense employees working in hazardous military environments suffering from infertility or infertility are entitled to:

- Infertility examination and treatment, including:- Examination to categorize infertility;- Specialized clinical examination in obstetrics, urology;- Paraclinical examination (hormonal tests, imaging diagnosis, semen analysis, ovulation monitoring).- Treatment of infertility with medication, artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization, and sperm culture.

The costs for infertility examination and treatment are supported according to actual costs but do not exceed the standard limits in Section 7, List No. 06 of Decree 76.
