This is the content stipulated in Circular 72/2016/TT-BTC guiding the rates of collection, collection policies, submission, management, and use of employment service fees. Accordingly:

- Consultation fees:- For employees: The employment consulting center does not charge fees; employment service enterprises charge consultation fees of no more than 10,000 VND per person per session.- For employers: Employment service centers and employment service enterprises charge no more than 20,000 VND per person per session.

- Employment service fees:- For employees: The employment consulting center does not charge fees; employment service enterprises charge no more than 200,000 VND per person recruited.- For employers: Employment service centers and employment service enterprises charge no more than 20% of the first month's salary as stated in the labor contract.

Furthermore, upon collecting fees, the employment service organization must issue and hand over a receipt to the fee-paying party.

Circular 72/2016/TT-BTC is effective from July 05, 2016, to December 31, 2016, and replaces Joint Circular 95/2007/TTLT/BTC-BLDTBXH; from January 01, 2017, employment services will transition to a service pricing model.
