- Account name: Vietnam General Confederation of Labor;- Account number: 117001366668 at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade.

Simultaneously, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor is responsible for:

- Reimbursing to grassroots trade unions when enterprises or units pay union fees (according to policies 24h);- Monthly reimbursing the funds used by higher-level trade unions from the revenues collected from enterprises and units that do not yet have a trade union organization.

For the Confederation of Labor of provinces and cities; Central-level industry trade unions and equivalents; Trade unions of Corporations under the General Confederation; the Confederation of Labor at districts; directly management grassroots trade unions should proactively choose the branches of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade in their localities to open their accounts.
