Guidelines on changing the place of practicing auctioning in Vietnam from January 1, 2025

The change of internship location for practicing auctions is executed according to the provisions outlined in Article 6 of Circular 19/2024/TT-BTP as follows:

- In the case where an intern changes their internship location to another asset auction practice organization with headquarters in the same province or centrally-governed city, the receiving auction practice organization must notify the Department of Justice where the organization's headquarters is located. This notification must include the confirmation document from the asset auction practice organization accepting the intern regarding the duration and the implementation of rights and obligations of the intern at the organization.

Within 03 working days from the date of receiving the notification, the Department of Justice shall adjust the information regarding the intern's internship status in the list of auction practice interns.

- In the case where an intern changes their internship location to an asset auction practice organization headquartered in a different province or centrally-governed city, the receiving auction practice organization must notify the Department of Justice where the organization's headquarters is located, along with the confirmation document from the asset auction practice organization accepting the intern regarding the duration and the implementation of rights and obligations of the intern at the organization.

The asset auction practice organization where the intern has completed their internship must notify the Department of Justice to remove the intern's name from the Department of Justice's list of interns.

- In cases where the intern changes internship location as stipulated in Clause 1, Clause 2 of Article 6 of Circular 19/2024/TT-BTP, the internship duration is calculated as the total internship time at the various asset auction practice organizations.
