Below is one of the main content specified in Circular 19/2020/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the Vocational Educators Association of Vietnam.

According to this Circular, guidelines for the evaluation of lectures at the Vocational Educators Association in Vietnam are as follows:

- The evaluation of lectures is based on the criteria for evaluating lectures at each level of training.

- After the teacher completes the lecture, the judges will put the scores on the evaluation sheet and submit it to the Head of the Jury Subcommittee for sealing. After that, the Head of the Jury Subcommittee administers the commentary, comments, and evaluation of the teacher's lecture. At the end of each lecture, the Head of the Jury Subcommittee submits the sealed evaluation sheet to the Secretariat of the Jury.

- Time for commenting should not exceed 15 minutes/a lecture.

- The evaluation score of the lecture in each evaluation sheet is the sum of the evaluation scores of the sections, taken to 02 decimal places, not rounded.

- The teacher's lecture score is the average score of the judges in the subcommittee, taken to 02 decimal places, not rounded.

- In case the evaluation score of the judge in the subcommittee differs by 10% or more from the average score of the judges in the subcommittee: That assessment score is not included in the lecture evaluation score, and the teacher's lecture score is calculated as the average score of the remaining judges.

Vietnam's Circular 19/2020/TT-BLDTBXH takes effect from March 10, 2021.
