Guidelines for salary ranking for cultural propagandist in Vietnam

The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam issues Circular 02/2023/TT-BVHTTDL dated February 21, 2023 stipulating codes, standards for professional titles and salary ranking of cultural propagandists.

The salary arrangement of professional titles and public employees specializing in cultural propagandizing as prescribed in Vietnam's Circular 02/2023/TT-BVHTTDL is applied in Table 3 issued together with Vietnam's Decree 204/2004/ND-CP, as follows:

- The professional title of Chief cultural propagandist is entitled to the salary range of A2 and group 2 (A2.2) public employees, from salary coefficient 4.00 to salary coefficient 6.38;

- The professional title of cultural propagandist is entitled to the salary scale of A1 public employees, from a salary coefficient of 2.34 to a salary coefficient of 4.98;

- The professional title of intermediate cultural propagandist is entitled to the salary scale of a grade B public employee, from a salary coefficient of 1.86 to a salary coefficient of 4.06.
