The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues Circular 19/2016/TT-BLDTBXH providing guidance on certain regulations regarding the assessment and issuance of national vocational skill certificates.

Employees who wish to register to participate in the assessment and issuance of national occupational skills certificates can do so in the following two ways:

- Register online on the website of the occupational skills assessment organization.- Register in person or send the registration dossier via postal mail.

- Individual registration form with a color photo with a white background (04x06cm)- Copy of documents proving that the individual meets the conditions for participation.

After receiving the complete dossier as regulated, the occupational skills assessment organization is responsible for sending a test notification form to each individual.

Circular 19/2016/TT-BLDTBXH is effective from August 16, 2016, replacing Circular 15/2011/TT-BLDTBXH.
