Guidelines for Giving Gifts to Beneficiaries on Vietnamese War Invalids and Martyrs Day

The Department of People with Meritorious Services promulgates Official Dispatch 1452/NCC-KHTC guiding the giving of gifts on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2017) with the following notes:

Implement the gift levels of 200,000 VND and 400,000 VND corresponding to the subjects listed in Decision 1330/QD-CTN dated July 10, 2017, of the President, ensuring each person receives only 01 gift.

Except in the following cases:

- The martyr's relative who is the only one living and also the sole representative belongs to the gift-giving subjects specified in Items 1, 3, 4 of Clause I, Article 1 and Items 1, 4 of Clause II, Article 1 of Decision 1330, will receive an additional gift for the martyr's relative;- The martyr's relatives, when there are 02 or more people still alive, and all belong to the gift-giving subjects specified in Items 1, 3, 4 of Clause I, Article 1 and Items 1, 4 of Clause II, Article 1 of Decision 1330, shall designate one person to receive 01 gift intended for the martyr's relative.
