The Central Inspection Commission of Vietnam issued Instruction05-HD/UBKTTW dated November 22, 2022 implement some things in Regulation 69-QD/TW dated July 6, 2022 on the discipline of party organization and party members violating.
Specifically, the Central Commission for Inspection guides the discipline of Party members who violate the regulations on population policy in Vietnam as follows:
- Violations will be considered for disciplinary reduction if compliance with regulations will affect maternity health (certified by the district hospital or equivalent or higher).
- Violations resulting from the intentional or coerced failure to practice family planning will be considered aggravating the disciplinary level.
Currently, regulations on disciplining Party members who violate the regulations on population policy are mentioned in Article 52 of Vietnam's Regulation 69-QD/TW, with the form of disciplinary action ranging from reprimand to expulsion.
For example, a party member who violates one of the following circumstances, causing less serious consequences, shall be disciplined in the form of a reprimand:
+ Obstructing or coercing the implementation of family planning; participating in illegal testing and diagnostic activities to determine the sex of the fetus.
- Violation of population policy
