One-time Allowance for Commune Police Officers Resigning for Legitimate Reasons is Calculated as Follows:

- For the Commune Police Chief who is an official at the commune level subject to mandatory social insurance (SI) participation since 1998 (according to Decree 09/1998/ND-CP), they shall receive a one-time allowance policy as stipulated by SI laws at the time of payment.- For Deputy Commune Police Chiefs and Police Members:- If eligible for SI policies, the provisions of the Law on Social Insurance shall apply.- If not eligible for SI policies, but have continuously worked for 15 years or more, and resign for legitimate reasons, they shall receive a one-time allowance.

Each year of service is calculated as 1.5 months of the average allowance of the last 5 years (60 months) before the resignation date.
