Thus, the specific adjusted monthly allowance rates for the above-mentioned groups are:

- From 15 years to < 16 years: 1,650,000 VND;- From 16 years to < 17 years: 1,725,000 VND;- From 17 years to < 18 years: 1,800,000 VND;- From 18 years to < 19 years: 1,875,000 VND;- From 19 years to < 20 years: 1,950,000 VND.

Circular 242/2017/TT-BQP takes effect from November 20, 2017, replacing Circular 130/2016/TT-BQP.
