Guidance on job positions for professional civil servants specializing in banking in Vietnam

Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam issued Circular 19/2022/TT-NHNN dated December 30, 2022 providing guidance on job positions for civil servants specialized banking in administrative agencies and organizations in fields of banking.

The list of job positions for professional civil servants specializing in banking in Vietnam is as follows:

- Job positions in planning and implementing monetary and banking policies;

- Job positions in banking technology operations management;

- Job positions in Central banking operations;

- Job positions in banking inspection and supervision;

- Job positions in banking control;

- Job positions in preventing and combating money laundering;

- Job positions in currency and international banking;

- Job position in credit institution management.

Note: For civil servants holding ranks higher than the job position requirements in Circular 19/2022/TT-NHNN, they will be reserved until there are new instructions on the salary regime according to regulations.

Circular 19/2022/TT-NHNN takes effect on March 1, 2023.
