Guidance on embroidering the "National University Emulation Flag" in Vietnam from October 11, 2024

Regarding the content, the "National University Emulation Flag" is embroidered with yellow thread, uppercase letters, upright and bold font, and font size adjusted according to the flag's content to ensure beauty, solemnity, with the following main contents:

- First line: “(insert National University name)”; uppercase letters, upright and bold.

- Second line: “AWARDED TO”; uppercase letters, upright and bold.

- Beneath the second line, in the center is a five-pointed yellow star.

- Below the star is the line “(name of the unit awarded the Emulation Flag)” and the line “LEADING UNIT IN THE EMULATION MOVEMENT OF THE YEAR” or “EMULATION MOVEMENT”, the year recorded is the year the unit's achievement is awarded the title, the emulation movement recorded is the emulation movement initiated by the National University; uppercase letters, upright and bold.

Organizational Structure of the National University of Vietnam

The organizational structure of the National University according to Article 4 of the Regulation issued with Decision 26/2014/QD-TTg includes:

- National University Council.- Director, Deputy Director.

- Office and functional departments organized in a streamlined and efficient manner.

- Member universities; member scientific research institutes (hereinafter collectively referred to as member units).

- Subsidiary faculties; scientific and technological research centers; branches (if any); organizations serving training, scientific research and application implementation; production, business, and service facilities; hospitals, publishers, scientific journals (hereinafter collectively referred to as subsidiary units).

- Scientific and training councils; some other advisory councils.
