- CBCC, workers, public employees, and laborers; military personnel, people's police officers, and individuals in cryptographic work currently receiving monthly pensions;- Commune-level officials (CB) in communes, wards, and commune-level towns under Decree 92/2009/ND-CP, Decree 121/2003/ND-CP, and Decree 09/1998/ND-CP currently receiving pensions and monthly allowances;- Individuals currently receiving monthly labor incapacitation allowances; individuals currently receiving monthly allowances under Decision 91/2000/QD-TTg dated August 4, 2000, Decision 613/QD-TTg dated May 6, 2010; rubber workers currently receiving monthly allowances;- Individuals currently receiving monthly work-related accident and occupational disease allowances.

From July 1, 2017, the pensions, social insurance allowances, and monthly allowances of the mentioned groups will increase by 7.44% compared to the rates in June 2017.

Refer to the guiding example in Circular 18/2017/TT-BLDTBXH, which comes into effect from August 15, 2017. The adjusted amounts will be implemented from July 1, 2017.
