Recently, the Ministry of Justice issued Circular 01/2020/TT-BTP detailing and guiding the implementation of several provisions of Decree 23/2015/ND-CP on the issuance of copies from original registers, certification of copies from originals, certification of signatures, and certification of contracts and transactions.

- The certification statement must be immediately below the authenticated signature or on the subsequent page of the document containing the authenticated signature. In cases where the certification statement is on the page following the page with the signature, the seal must overlap the authenticated document and the page bearing the certification statement;- In instances where the document contains multiple signatures, the signatures of all individuals who have signed the document must be authenticated.
