- Candidacy and nomination shall be carried out in accordance with the Election Regulation within the Communist Party and current related documents.- In case the electoral list does not match the approved personnel proposal, a prompt report must be made to the superior Party committee to obtain directive opinions before proceeding with the election.- In case the comrade expected to be introduced for the position of head of the inspection committee is not elected, a report and request for directive opinions from the superior Party committee regarding the introduction of new personnel or the proposal to temporarily suspend the election of this position must be made.- In places piloting direct election of the Party committee secretary (including grassroots levels), implementation shall be in accordance with the spirit of Guideline 34-HD/BTCTW.
