The Minister of Justice issues Circular 02/2024/TT-BTP dated April 03, 2024, stipulating the codes, professional and operational standards, and salary classification for official grades in the civil judgment enforcement sector.
The general standards for civil judgment enforcement officials are as follows:
- Possess a firm political stance, steadfast in Marxism-Leninism, and Ho Chi Minh's ideology, thoroughly understanding the Communist Party's policies and directions; loyal to the Fatherland and the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; protect the interests of the Fatherland and the People.
- Fully perform the duties of an official according to the provisions of the law; strictly comply with the assignment of tasks from superiors; abide by the law, maintain discipline, order, and administrative regulations; exemplarily comply with the agency's rules and regulations.
- Diligent, responsible, honest, impartial, objective, and exemplary in performing public duties; courteous, cultured, and standard in interactions, serving the people.
- Lead a healthy lifestyle, modest, united; diligent, thrifty, honest, just, impartial; do not exploit public affairs for personal gain; avoid bureaucratic, corrupt, wasteful, and negative behaviors.
- Regularly have a sense of learning and training to improve one's qualities, level, and capabilities.
- Be in good health to fulfill assigned tasks.
- officials registered to take exams for rank promotion or review for rank promotion must meet the standards and conditions as prescribed by the Government of Vietnam.

- Senior Enforcer: Code 03.299
- Intermediate Enforcer: Code 03.300
- Junior Enforcer: Code 03.301
- Senior Enforcement Inspector: Code 03.230
- Principal Enforcement Inspector: Code 03.231
- Enforcement Inspector: Code 03.232

- Intermediate Judgment Enforcement Secretary: Code 03.303
Circular 02/2024/TT-BTP takes effect 45 days from the date of signing, replacing Circular 03/2017/TT-BTP.
