This is a notable content in Official Dispatch 3440/CV-BCD of 2021 regarding the further strict management of cases of entry into Vietnam to prevent and control Covid-19
To enhance the efforts in preventing and controlling the COVID-19 pandemic and to correctly address the subjects considered for entry into Vietnam according to regulations, the Ministry of Health of Vietnam (Standing Agency of the National Steering Committee) requests that Ministries, Ministerial-level Agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and cities under the Central Government strictly direct the implementation of the following contents:
- Strictly review and approve subjects applying for entry (with attention to the verification and authentication of entry subjects by enterprises) to ensure compliance with the priority subjects as directed by the Prime Minister of Vietnam and the National Steering Committee.
- Frequently organize inspections and supervision of the implementation; strictly handle cases of bringing in subjects not prioritized and cases of illegal entry. At the same time, report difficulties and obstacles to the Ministry of Health (General Department of Preventive Medicine) for compilation and reporting to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control and the Prime Minister of Vietnam.
The National Steering Committee requests Ministries, Ministerial-level Agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and cities to implement and widely disseminate to units and people for execution.
