Further reform of administrative procedures, application of information technology in Emulation and Commendation in Vietnam

To celebrate the party congresses at all levels progressing towards the XIV National Congress of the Communist Party, the XI National Patriotic Emulation Congress, and major holidays in 2025, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam requests ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities to continue to enhance the quality of reward work, creating strong and substantial changes. This ensures the principles of accuracy, transparency, fairness, timeliness in rewards, serving as motivation, education, and setting examples.

Concurrently, continue to reform administrative procedures and apply information technology in emulation and reward work. Focus on rewarding through the discovery of exemplary cases and new factors, rewarding direct workers, those in remote areas, on-the-spot commendations, and thematic commendations.

Furthermore, ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government of Vietnam, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities should also efficiently organize Emulation Congresses and advanced role model conferences across all levels and sectors, and the XI National Patriotic Emulation Congress. This will create motivation and an exciting emulation atmosphere ahead of the party congresses at all levels progressing towards the XIV National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Innovate the content and organizational form to ensure practicality, effectiveness, and economy.
