Fully annulling a number of circulars in the monetary and banking sector in Vietnam, such as:

- Circular 34/2014/TT-NHNN on providing guidance on the management of deposits of international travel businesses.

- Circular 40/2014/TT-NHNN on providing guidance on the payment and management of deposit made by outsourcers.

- Circular 13/2011/TT-NHNN on providing guidance on the purchase and sale of foreign currencies by state economic groups and corporations.

- Circular 02/2006/TT-NHNN on providing guidance on the deposit at the bank for enterprises conducting job placement activities.

- Circular 16/2010/TT-NHNN guides the implementation of a number of articles of Decree 10/2010/ND-CP on credit information-related activities.
