Full annulment of 12 Directives of the Prime Minister of Vietnam from September 19, 2024

Annulling a total of 37 legislative documents of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam from September 19, 2024, including 12 Directives by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam as follows:

- Directive 747/TTg from 1995 by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam regarding the re-acceptance of Vietnamese citizens who are not granted residence by foreign countries.

- Directive 12/1998/CT-TTg by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on flood and storm prevention, and natural disaster mitigation in 1998.

- Directive 19/1998/CT-TTg by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on urgent measures for forest fire prevention and extinguishment.

- Directive 07/1999/CT-TTg by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on flood and storm prevention, and natural disaster mitigation in 1999.

- Directive 06/2000/CT-TTg by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on flood and storm prevention, and natural disaster mitigation in 2000.

- Directive 04/2001/CT-TTg by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on flood and storm prevention, and natural disaster mitigation in 2001.

- Directive 12/2005/CT-TTg by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on flood and storm prevention, and search and rescue in 2005.

- Directive 08/2006/CT-TTg by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on strengthening urgent measures to prevent illegal forest cutting, burning, and exploitation.

- Directive 13/2006/CT-TTg by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on flood and storm prevention, search and rescue, and natural disaster mitigation in 2006.

- Directive 08/2007/CT-TTg by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on strengthening flood and storm prevention, search and rescue, and damage mitigation caused by natural disasters in 2007.

- Directive 08/2008/CT-TTg by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on natural disaster prevention, flood and storm prevention, and search and rescue in 2008.

- Directive 30/2008/CT-TTg by the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam on the celebration of 1000 years of Thang Long - Hanoi.
