- Taxpayers subject to the financial statement (BCTC) forms according to Circular 133/2016/TT-BTC shall prepare and submit the BCTC to the Tax Authority in accordance with current regulations;- The General Department of Taxation will upgrade and deploy the application supporting taxpayers in preparing BCTC via the tax declaration support application (HTKK) and submitting it to the Tax Authority via iHTKK, eTax applications, or through TVAN service providers from March 23, 2018.- On March 13, 2018, the General Department of Taxation announced the XML file format standards for financial statement forms in compliance with Circular 133 on the e-Tax filing and e-Tax websites.
