Forms of reports on the enforcement of law on the handling administrative violations in Vietnam

Minister of Justice of Vietnam issued <Circular 01/2023/TT-BTP dated 16/01/2023 regulating the reporting regime of law enforcement on handling administrative violations.

The following are the reporting form and method of sending and receiving reports on the enforcement of law on the handling administrative violations, according to Vietnam's Circular 01/2023/TT-BTP:

- The report can be presented in one of the following forms:

+ Report in writing (signed, with the full name of the reporting agency's head and stamped for release as prescribed). The data summary forms attached to the report must be stamped border-crossing;

+ Report in electronic documents with a digital signature.

- The report is sent to the report-receiving agency by one of the following methods:

+ Sending directly;

+ Sending by postal service;

+ Sending by fax;

+ Sending via email system in the form of image files (PDF format) or digitally signed electronic documents;

+ Sending through the Documenting and Operating System;

+ Other methods as prescribed by the law in Vietnam.

In addition, Vietnam's Circular 01/2023/TT-BTP also stipulates the outline form for reporting on law enforcement work on the handling of administrative violations and 02 forms used to summarize data attached to the report, including:

- A summary table of data reported on administrative penalties;

- Summary table of data reported on the application of administrative handling measures.
