The Ministry of Public Security has just issued Circular 43/2019/TT-BCA stipulating the types of document templates for extradition, transfer of persons serving prison sentences under the jurisdiction of the People's Public Security.

Issued together with Circular 43 are the following sample documents:

- Extradition Request (Form No. 01);- Request for Emergency Arrest for Extradition (Form No. 02);- Re-extradition Request (Form No. 03);- Request for Additional Information on Extradition Request (Form No. 04);- Document Supplementing Information on Extradition Request (Form No. 05);- Request for Transfer of a Person Serving a Prison Sentence from Vietnam Abroad (Form No. 12);- Request for Transfer of a Person Serving a Prison Sentence from Abroad to Vietnam (Form No. 13);- Application for Transfer to Continue Serving a Prison Sentence (Form No. 14);- …

The aforementioned forms must be printed on A4 paper size and used in accordance with the specific format and content of each form.
