File of members of a cooperative bank in Vietnam as of March 1, 2024

File of members of a cooperative bank in Vietnam inlcudes:

- List of members contributing capital to the cooperative bank in which the following main contents must be specified:

+ Name and location of its head office; number of establishment license or business registration certificate or equivalent document; contributed capital amount, capital contribution ratio, and time limit for capital contribution;

+ Full name, current residence (if different from permanent/temporary residence); ID card number or personal identification number with respect to persons who are legal representatives or contributed capital representatives;

- Application for membership in a cooperative bank;

- Establishment License or Business Registration Certificate or equivalent document (for legal entities that are not credit institutions);

- Document of competent authority approving the organization (except for people's credit funds) to contribute capital to establish a cooperative bank (if any);

- Charter (for legal entities that are not credit institutions)

- Authorization document of the legal representative (including the representative of the capital contribution) to participate as a member at the cooperative bank according to the provisions of law;

- List of related persons of members that are not people's credit funds (Appendix No. 02 of Circular 24/2023/TT-NHNN);

- Financial statements for the year following the year of the request to establish a cooperative bank and Financial statements up to the most recent time but not more than 90 days before the date of the request to participate in capital contribution (for legal entities that are not credit institutions);

- Declaration clearly stating the capital contribution, number of shares held, and share ratio of each member at another credit institution.

More details can be found in Circular 24/2023/TT-NHNN, which comes into force from March 1, 2024.

Note:

- Applications which have been submitted to the SBV before the effective date of this Circular shall continue to be processed in accordance with regulations of the Circular 01/2023/TT-NHNN, Circular 03/2018/TT-NHNN, Circular 22/2022/TT-NHNN, Circular No. 10/2018/TT-NHNN, Circular 23/2018/TT-NHNN, Circular 25/2017/TT-NHNN, and Circular 22/2018/TT-NHNN.

- Circular 24/2023/TT-NHNN annuls Clause 13 Article 2 of the Circular 13/2019/TT-NHNN
