Decision 30/2018/QD-TTg stipulating the order and procedures for certifying goods directly used for the development of technology incubation activities, science and technology enterprise incubation, and technology innovation; specialized transportation means in the technological production line directly used for the production activities of the investment project.

The organizations and individuals requesting confirmation that imported goods are used directly for technology incubation and business incubation activities need to prepare the following documents:

- Written request for confirmation;- Explanation of goods that fall under the List or meet criteria as stipulated by the Ministry of Science and Technology;- Sales contract or trust contract (certified copy or copy presented with the original for comparison) or other documents to confirm the sale, importation.

Additionally, the following documents must also be prepared: Investment certificate, Business registration certificate; List of machinery, equipment, and spare parts.
