Female Officers in the Health Sector are Prioritized in Emulation and Commendation

This is one of the principles of awards consideration stipulated in Circular 38/2018/TT-BYT issued by the Ministry of Health on November 30, 2018, aimed at guiding the commendation and reward work in the health sector.

When bestowing emulation and commendation titles, the following principles must be adhered to:

- Do not consider or nominate collectives and individuals who are under disciplinary or administrative violation review;- When achievements are equivalent, prioritize small collectives, women, and individuals without official positions;- In one year, do not propose more than two Certificates of Merit for a collective or individual (except for exceptional or sudden achievements). For thematic commendations, no more than one Certificate of Merit should be proposed each year;- Do not commend collectives or individuals for participating in conferences, seminars, discussions, or similar forms. Commending on the occasion of an entity's anniversary should only be done in milestone years.

See details in Circular 38/2018/TT-BYT, effective from January 21, 2019.
