Fees for Examination and Issuance of Construction Practice Certificates

The Ministry of Construction has just signed Decision No. 970/QD-BXD issuing the Regulation on the Examination Fees for the Issuance of Construction Practice Certificates.

The examination fee is calculated per examination attempt of the individual. To be specific:

- Examination fee organized by the Department of Construction: 450,000 VND per examination attempt;- Examination fee organized by the Department of Construction Activity Management, professional social organizations: 500,000 VND per examination attempt.

Individuals attending the examination are required to pay the examination fee once before participating in the examination. This fee is non-refundable in all cases.

After each examination session, the organization collecting the examination fee transfers the following costs to the Department of Construction Activity Management - Ministry of Construction:

- Costs to cover the investment in developing the examination software;- Costs for the development, update, and supplementation of the multiple-choice question set serving the certification examination.
