Fees for aquaculture management from February 1, 2022

The Ministry of Finance promulgates Circular 112/2021/TT-BTC dated December 15, 2021 stipulating the rates, collection, payment, management and use of fees in the field of aquaculture management.

Accordingly, the fee rates for aquaculture management from February 1, 2022 are regulated as follows:

- Fee for assessment and issuance of certificates of aquatic materials (Appraisal and certification of imported aquatic feeds and aquaculture environmental treatment products): 470,000 VND/time/product.

(Currently, this fee is 470,000 VND + Number of samples x 80,000 VND/sample)

- Fee for appraisal of conditional business in the field of aquatic products (Appraisal of conditional business in the field of aqua feed, aquaculture environment treatment products for production establishments ): 5,700 000 VND/time.

(Compared to the current one, Circular 112/2021/TT-BTC has removed the regulation on the fee rate for conditional business appraisal in the fisheries sector with the establishment having no production activities of VND 1.5 million.) /time)

- Fees for appraisal, recognition or appointment, supervision of testing laboratories, laboratories in the field of aquaculture (Appraisal, accreditation or appointment, supervision of laboratories, laboratories in the field of aquaculture) : 5,700,000 VND/time (This fee remains the same compared to the current one).

Circular 112/2021/TT-BTC takes effect from February 1, 2022; Circular 284/2016/TT-BTC and Circular 09/2018/TT-BTC are annulled .
