Fee levels for public announcement of selection of asset auction practice organizations, and public announcement costs for auctions on the National Asset Auction Portal in Vietnam

The fee levels for posting announcements for choosing asset auctioneer organizations, fees for public auction announcements on the National Asset Auction Portal, and fees for using the National Asset Auction Portal for online auctions in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:

1. The fee for posting announcements for choosing asset auctioneer organizations is 300,000 VND per notice (Three hundred thousand VND per notice). A notice includes an announcement for choosing an asset auctioneer organization and an announcement of the results of choosing an asset auctioneer organization.

2. The fee for posting public auction announcements on the National Asset Auction Portal is 300,000 VND per notice (Three hundred thousand VND per notice). A notice includes the first and second announcements on the National Asset Auction Portal as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 57 of the Law on Asset Auction, amended and supplemented according to Point a, Clause 37, Article 1 of the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Asset Auction.

In cases where an asset auctioneer organization makes a public announcement once on the National Asset Auction Portal as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 57 of the Law on Asset Auction, amended and supplemented according to Point b, Clause 37, Article 1 of the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Asset Auction, the fee is 150,000 VND per notice (One hundred fifty thousand VND per notice).

3. The fee for using the National Asset Auction Portal for online auctions is 2,000,000 VND per auction (Two million VND per auction).

In cases where there are no registered participants on the National Asset Auction Portal, the fee for using the National Asset Auction Portal is 1,000,000 VND per auction (One million VND per auction).

4. The fees specified in items 1, 2, and 3 must be paid by the agency, organization, or individual posting announcements for choosing asset auctioneer organizations, public auction announcements on the National Asset Auction Portal, and using the National Asset Auction Portal for online auctions, and these fees are inclusive of VAT.

Circular 20/2024/TT-BTP takes effect from January 1, 2025.
