Expenses for reception, visiting, and congratulatory by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at various levels for certain individuals in Vietnam

The spending content and levels for reception, visiting, and congratulatory activities are as follows:

- Reception expenses for delegations and individuals as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 2 of Decision 04/2024/QD-TTg visiting and working with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels: To be implemented in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Finance on domestic guest reception policies.

For delegations and individuals visiting and working with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front: The standing committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will decide on appropriate souvenir gifts for visitors; the maximum cost is 1,000,000 VND per person.

- Congratulatory gifts, visiting, and condolence expenses for subjects stipulated in Clause 2, Article 2 of Decision 04/2024/QD-TTg:

+ Congratulatory gifts for Lunar New Year, holidays, or major anniversaries (the most significant anniversaries of each ethnicity): Maximum spending limit: 1,000,000 VND per person per occasion; not exceeding 3,000,000 VND per person per year.

+ Visiting when sick or facing economic difficulties: Maximum spending limit 5,000,000 VND per person per year.

+ Condolence expenses when an individual passes away (including wreath): Maximum limit not exceeding 4,000,000 VND per person.

The funding for implementing reception, congratulatory gifts, visiting, and condolence policies by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels is allocated in the annual estimates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels according to the current budget decentralization. The preparation of estimates, compliance, and finalization of expenses are carried out according to the provisions of state budget law and related regulations.
