Previously, according to Decision 345/QD-BYT in 2020, home quarantine was only implemented for those who lived in the same house, accommodation, worked in the same place, were part of the same travel group, business delegation, or recreational group; had close contact within a 2-meter radius; sat in the same row or two rows ahead/behind on the same vehicle/carriage/aircraft as the confirmed case, and home quarantine was implemented for those who had traveled through China.
