The Central Executive Committee has just issued Regulation 132-QD/TW on the annual review, evaluation, and classification of quality for collectives and individuals within the political system.
The annual assessment and classification of the quality of Vietnamese officials and public employees are conducted according to the following 03 steps:
- Step 1: Self-assessment and classification
Based on classification criteria, individuals analyze their own quality and classify themselves into categories: Outstanding completion of tasks, Good completion of tasks, Completion of tasks, and Failure to complete tasks.
- Step 2: Participation in assessment and proposal for classification
The parties involved in the assessment analyze the quality and propose assessments and classifications for the individuals concerned when requested.
- Step 3: Decision on comments, assessment, and classification- The agency in charge of organizing and personnel presides and cooperates with relevant agencies to advise and assist the authorized level to appraise self-assessment results, participate in assessments, and compile and propose classification levels;- Authorized officers and levels consider and decide the annual assessment and classification of quality.
