Entire annulment of 18 legislative documents issued by the Government of Vietnam

Entirely annul the following 18 legislative documents issued the Government of Vietnam:

- Decree 189-HDBT on elaboration of the implementation of the Ordinance on Consular Affairs.

- Decree 161/1999/ND-CP on elaboration of the implementation of certain articles of the Ordinance on the Conclusion and Implementation of International Treaties.

- Decree 159/2003/ND-CP on the provision and use of checks.

- Decree 42/2007/ND-CP on the ranks of officers and non-commissioned officers in the People's Public Security Force.

- Decree 53/2010/ND-CP on investment incentive areas, and corporate income tax incentives for newly established administrative units due to administrative boundary adjustments by the Government of Vietnam.

- Decree 101/2011/ND-CP on the elaboration of Resolution 08/2011/QH13 of the National Assembly on the enactment of additional tax solutions to alleviate difficulties for businesses and individuals.

- Decree 60/2012/ND-CP on the elaboration of the implementation of Resolution 29/2012/QH13 on the issuance of certain tax policies to alleviate difficulties for organizations and individuals.

- Decree 183/2013/ND-CP on the Charter of organization and operation of Vietnam Airlines Corporation.

- Decree 184/2013/ND-CP on the Charter of organization and operation of Vietnam Maritime Corporation.

- Decree 10/2014/ND-CP on the Charter of organization and operation of Southern Food Corporation.

- Decree 41/2020/ND-CP extending the deadline for tax and land rent payment.

- Decree 109/2020/ND-CP extending the deadline for special consumption tax payment for domestically produced or assembled automobiles.

- Decree 114/2020/ND-CP on elaboration of the implementation of Resolution 116/2020/QH14 of the National Assembly on reducing corporate income tax payable in 2020 for enterprises, cooperatives, public service providers, and other organizations.

- Decree 44/2021/ND-CP on elaboration of the implementation of deductible expenses for corporate income tax purposes for donations and sponsorships by enterprises and organizations for Covid-19 prevention and control activities.

- Decree 52/2021/ND-CP on the extension of the deadline for value-added tax, corporate income tax, personal income tax, and land rent payment in 2021.

- Decree 92/2021/ND-CP on elaboration of the implementation of Resolution 406/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the issuance of certain solutions to support enterprises and individuals affected by Covid-19.

- Decree 104/2021/ND-CP on the extension of the deadline for special consumption tax payment for domestically produced or assembled automobiles.

- Resolution 30/2008/NQ-CP on urgent solutions to prevent economic decline, maintain economic growth, and ensure social security.

Decree 92/2023/ND-CP is effective from December 19, 2023.
