On September 28, 2017, the Ministry of Education and Training signed Decision No. 3957/QD-BGDDT issuing the Plan for implementing the Scheme "Enhancing the quality of legal education dissemination in schools" until 2021 with some notable objectives as follows:

- 100% of state education management agencies and schools widely disseminate legal normative documents related to schools;- 80% or more of law reporters, law propagandists, teachers of Civic Education, and lecturers of law subjects are annually provided with, updated with legal information and documents, and trained and fostered professionally;- Encourage organizations and individuals providing legal advice, legal service organizations, and law training institutions to advise, guide, and provide free legal information and documents to Vietnamese officials and public employees, educators, workers, and learners;- Encourage the propagation of law on social networks, the implementation of online law and Civic Education teaching.
