At the same time, encourage everyone to come up with initiatives regarding electricity saving solutions within the unit;- Implement several electricity saving solutions such as replacing lighting with LED bulbs; cleaning air conditioners; replacing low-efficiency electrical devices with high-efficiency, electricity-saving devices;- The Trade Union and Youth Union should promote the movement of electricity saving competition at the workplace and at home among all officials and public employees, and workers;- Before January 31 each year, agencies and units must report the results of the implementation of Directive 34/CT-TTg, and send it to the Department of Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Development for aggregation and reporting.
