Decision No. 20/QD-TANDTC-TDKT issued by the Supreme People’s Court, stipulates the form of the Badge, Commemorative Medal, and Certificate of Recognition of the People’s Court. Accordingly:

- The insignia of the People's Court is reduced in diameter to 22 mm (currently 25 mm) and retains its content according to the model specified in Decision 115/QD-TA-TDKT dated September 8, 2015;- As for the following models of insignia, certificates, and commemorative medals, they shall comply with the regulations of Decree 85/2014/ND-CP and the description provided in the Explanation attached to Decision 20:
- Insignia of Distinguished Soldier of the People's Court;- Certificate of Distinguished Soldier of the People's Court;- Commemorative Medal For the Cause of the Court;- Certificate of Commemorative Medal For the Cause of the Court.

The above-mentioned models of insignia, commemorative medals, and certificates are to be registered with the Central Emulation and Commendation Committee in accordance with regulations.
