Effect of circulars on the List of Import and Export Goods in Vietnam

On November 30, 2022, the Minister of Finance of Vietnam issued Circular 72/2022/TT-BTC on the suspension of Circular 31/2022/TT-BTC on the List of Vietnam's import and export goods.

According to Circular 72/2022/TT-BTC, the application of Circular 31/2022/TT-BTC will be suspended from December 1, 2022, to the end of December 29, 2022.

In addition, during the suspension period of Circular 31/2022/TT-BTC, the following legislative documents and regulations shall apply:

- Vietnam's Circular 65/2017/TT-BTC promulgating the list of Vietnam's export and import goods

- Vietnam's Circular 09/2019/TT-BTC amending a number of contents in the Appendices of Circular 65/2017/TT-BTC.

More details can be found in Vietnam's Circular 72/2022/TT-BTC, which takes effect on December 1, 2022.
