Educational institutions' responsibility to give an explanation to society of their educational activities in Vietnam
Recently, the Government of Vietnam issued Decree 24/2021/ND-CP stipulating the management in preschool and public general education institutions.

According to the Decree, the educational institutions in Vietnam is responsible to give explanation to society, students, management agencies, teachers, employees in the educational institutions according to the provisions of law of their:
- Educational quality objectives, enrollment plans, educational plans of the school, conditions for education quality assurance, results of assessment and accreditation of the educational quality of the educational institution in Vietnam;

Enrollment activities, educational activities, financial and asset management, organizational apparatus, and personnel of the educational institution; ensure the participation of students' families, organizations, and individuals in educational activities in Vietnam;
- Management and use of socialization resources to organize educational activities and to arrange for students to participate in social activities and serve the community;
- Performance of accountability for other content in accordance with the law on accountability of state agencies in the performance of assigned tasks and powers.
