Economic and technical norms for training 4 foreign languages for Vietnamese guest workers

Specifically, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs stipulates economic and technical norms for training 04 foreign languages (English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese) for Vietnamese workers to work abroad under contracts, including:

- Economic and technical norms on basic English training (stipulated in Appendix No. 01 issued with Circular 09/2023/TT-BLĐTBXH).

- Economic and technical norms on English training at work (stipulated in Appendix No. 02 issued with Circular 09/2023/TT-BLĐTBXH).

- Economic and technical norms for basic Korean language training (stipulated in Appendix No. 03 issued with Circular 09/2023/TT-BLĐTBXH).

- Economic and technical norms on Korean language training at work (stipulated in Appendix No. 04 issued with Circular 09/2023/TT-BLĐTBXH).

- Economic and technical norms on basic Japanese language training (stipulated in Appendix No. 05 issued with Circular 09/2023/TT-BLĐTBXH).

- Economic and technical norms on Japanese language training at work (stipulated in Appendix No. 06 issued with Circular 09/2023/TT-BLĐTBXH).

- Economic and technical norms on basic Chinese language training (stipulated in Appendix No. 07 issued with Circular 09/2023/TT-BLĐTBXH).

- Economic and technical norms on Chinese language training at work (stipulated in Appendix No. 08 issued with Circular 09/2023/TT-BLĐTBXH).

The applicable subjects are relevant agencies, organizations, businesses, and individuals in assigning tasks and placing orders to provide public service services in the field of Vietnamese guest workers.
