Dossier of request for career change for servicemen with occupational accidents in Vietnam

On November 23, 2021, the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam issued Circular 153/2021/TT-BQP on guidelines for dossier, procedure and responsibility for handling and planning financial assistance in career change, risk prevention and risk sharing with respect to occupational accidents and diseases in the Department of Defense.

According to the Decree, the dossier for career change support is carried out according to the regulations in Article 14 of Decree 88/2020/ND-CP, specifically:

- An application form for financial assistance in career change training for employees having occupational accident or disease, which is made using the Form No. 03 in the Appendix issued together with Circular 153/2021.

- A certified true copy of the WPI assessment report given by the Medical Examination Council.

- Certified true copies of documents evidencing payment of tuition fees as prescribed.

Regulated entities are servicemen; cipher officers who are salaried like army personnel; defensep ublic employees, national defense public employees and employees ; contract workers in agencies, units and enterprises under the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam.

Circular 153/2021/TT-BQP takes effect from January 6, 2022.
