Dossier of application for a permit to build, renovate and upgrade a crossroads in Vietnam

Specifically, an application file for a permit to construct, renovate or upgrade a crossroads in Vietnam includes:

- An application for a license made according to the form specified in Appendix 8 of Circular 25/2018. (Compared to before, no longer requires the original)

- The original or a certified true copy or a copy enclosed with the original for comparison or a legally valid electronic copy (for administrative procedures in the electronic environment) of the following documents:

+ Decision approving the work construction investment project;

+ Decision on approval of technical design or construction drawing design of crossroad works;

+ The approved technical design dossier or construction drawing design of the crossroad works;

+ The plan for organizing the construction of crossroads and measures to ensure traffic safety during the construction process, approved by the competent authority or approved by the investor.

(Compared to before, additional regulations on electronic copies have legal validity (for performing administrative procedures in the electronic environment)).

At the same time, there is no longer a regulation on the original or a certified true copy or a copy enclosed with the original for comparison of the decision approving the environmental impact assessment report in accordance with the law on environmental protection of the State. Vietnam.

Circular 07/2022/TT-BGTVT takes effect from June 1, 2022.
