This is an important provision set out in Official Telegram No. 1300/CD-TTg of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam regarding COVID-19 prevention and control, issued on September 24, 2020.

Pursuant to Official Telegram 1300/CD-TTg, the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam has called for heightened vigilance and strict adherence to preventive measures against the COVID-19 pandemic, including:

- Wearing masks when leaving the house, at public places, and on public transportation;

- Washing hands frequently with soap or disinfectant solutions;

- Limiting gatherings in public places and maintaining safe distancing in interactions.

Additionally, it is required to intensify inspections, rectify non-compliance, ensure full and serious implementation of disease prevention and control measures within management scope, and strictly handle violations.

Special attention should be given to disease prevention and control in major cities, densely populated areas, frequently crowded places, schools, industrial zones, markets, supermarkets, and quarantine facilities.

More details can be found in Official Telegram 1300/CD-TTg, issued on September 24, 2020.
