Digitalization of the declaration form on the information system for handling administrative procedures in Vietnam of the Ministry of Transport

Assign the Information Technology Center to perform the following tasks:

- Continue to direct applications to complete tasks and targets in the Digital Government Development Plan and ensure network information security in 2023; which focuses on a group of indicators on building digital data, digital institutions, providing online public services, and promoting digital transformation in specialized management activities.

- Based on the results of reviewing and restructuring the processes of current public services by agencies and units, the Information Technology Center digitizes declarations and processes on the Ministry's information system for handling administrative procedures; completes tasks and targets assigned by the Government and Prime Minister on providing online public services.

- Focus on implementing and completing shared databases on traffic infrastructure, vehicles, vehicle drivers, and businesses operating in the field of transportation.

Regarding the content of digitizing declaration forms on the Ministry's administrative procedure handling information system, the implementation time is 2023.

In addition, for the task of building and developing e-Government, Digital Government also has the following contents:

- Maintain the rate of online public service provision on the National Public Service Portal.

- Urge agencies and units to increase the ratio of online payments on the National Public Service Portal to the total number of payment transactions of public services and strive to reach the rate of 30% or more as required in Resolution 01/NQ-CP dated January 6, 2023 of the Government.

- Maintain the rate of administrative procedures documents performed remotely online by people and businesses at 50% (according to Decision 17/QD-UBQGCDS dated April 4, 2023 of the National Committee on Digital Transformation).

- Digitize the results of resolving administrative procedures to ensure a 100% rate.

- Improve the rate of dossiers resolved on time to achieve the target of 100% of dossiers on time.
