Recently, Vietnam Social Security issued Official Dispatch 3639/BHXH-CNTT regarding the creation of medical examination records.

Currently, there is a function to support the Medical Assessment Council (GDBYK) in creating medical assessment records in accordance with Circular 52/2016/TT-BYT. Therefore, Vietnam Social Security requires the Social Insurance of provinces and centrally governed cities to perform the following tasks:

- Guide the Medical Assessment Councils within their management areas to log into the reception portal using the account and password sent to the IT department's email address;- Guide the Medical Assessment Councils in creating Medical Assessment Records (direct input/import/Excel file as per the template) on the reception portal following the detailed instructions in the appendix attached to this Official Dispatch;- In case any issues arise, Social Insurance of provinces and centrally governed cities are requested to report to Vietnam Social Security (Information Technology Center) for prompt resolution.
